-100- <br />8. A description detailing the disposal of euthanized animals, if any, <br />resulting from activities on the property, and <br />9. A general note indicating that the property is required to comply <br />with established stream buffer requirements as denoted within <br />Section 6.13 of the UDO. <br />ii. Documentation detailing who prepared the site plan the dates on which <br />work was done, and contact information. This is to include revision dates <br />and other pertinent information, <br />iii. As required under Section 2.5.3 (J) of the UDO, please include the floor <br />areas, building heights, function, and proposed finished floor elevation(s) <br />for all existing and proposed structures on the property, <br />iv. As required under Section 2.5.3 (F) of the UDO, documentation shall be <br />placed on the site plan detailing compliance with dimensional <br />requirements associated with the development of this property, <br />specifically: <br />1. Per Section 3.3 Base Zoning Districts — Agricultural Residential <br />(AR) of the UDO you are required to adhere to the following <br />setback requirements: <br />a. Front Yard: 40 feet <br />b. Side Yard: 20 feet <br />c. Read Yard: 20 feet <br />Staff is well aware that the property currently exceeds the <br />minimum setback requirements. Please provide the minimum <br />standards, as articulated herein, as well as the current setback <br />observed from all property lines for structures and septic <br />fields /systems. <br />2. Per Section 3.3 Base Zoning Districts — Agricultural Residential <br />(AR) of the UDO you are required to adhere to the following <br />dimensional and ratio standards: <br />a. Maximum Allowable Floor Area Ratio - .088. <br />b. Required Minimum Pedestrian and Landscape Ratio - .21 <br />c. Required Minimum Open Space Ratio -.84 <br />Based on staffs assessment, the following limits apply to this <br />project: <br />o Maximum Allowable Floor Area Ratio — 214,663 sq. ft. <br />• Required Minimum Pedestrian and Landscape Ratio — <br />512,265 sq. ft. <br />• Required Minimum Open Space Ratio — 2,049,062 sq. ft. <br />Within the notes section provide sufficient documentation denoting <br />compliance with these requirements. <br />
