Within a letter, dated June 22, 2010, the Zoning Officer issued a finding that the facility <br />had been expanded to allow for land uses that were inconsistent with the approved <br />Special Use Permit in violation of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />The applicant is appealing the determination that the use of the center has been <br />expanded in violation of the Ordinance and that there are uses operating on the property <br />in contradiction of the previously approved Special Use Permit. <br /> <br /> 6.
