A-2-10 – Pet Behavior Help – Class II Kennel on <br /> Davis Road (SR 1129) <br /> <br />Ms. Valerie Olszyk, owner/operator of Pet Behavior Help, is requesting the issuance of <br />a Class B Special Use Permit to allow for the development and operation of a Class II <br />Kennel for a parcel of property on Davis Road (TMBL 7.2..29N / PIN 9862-99-8894). <br />Specifically a twelve (12) acre parcel of property located at the intersection of Davis <br />Road and Old NC Highway 86 across from the Hillsborough United Church of Christ. <br />As detailed within the application, Ms. Olszyk is seeking to construct a 6,900 square <br />foot training building as well as a 24,725 square foot covered arena for dog shows and <br />competitions. The project also proposed the creation of a 24,200 square foot fenced in <br />competition field as well as a fenced in training area. <br />Access to the proposed facility is proposed to be through a proposed drive along Davis <br />Road. <br />The submitted site plan shows the future development of a single-family residence, <br />where Ms. Olszyk proposes to reside. <br /> <br />8.
