A-7-09 – Appeal of a decision made by the Planning <br />Department submitted by Ms. Sara Shields <br />The Board of Adjustment shall review and certify the record <br />concerning the denial of an APPEAL application, submitted by <br />Ms. Sara Shields, relating to the Zoning Officer’s decision to <br />allow the development and use of outdoor sports field lights to <br />illuminate the playing area of the athletic field by the Lattisville <br />Grove Missionary Baptist Church. <br /> <br />The purpose of this item is to allow for the Board members to <br />certify the record concerning the disposition of this case. The <br />PUBLIC HEARING on this item was closed on January 11, <br />2010 and no additional public comment on the proposal shall <br />be heard. <br /> <br />6. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> <br />IF UNABLE TO ATTEND THIS MEETING, PLEASE CALL THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT (NUMBERS <br />LISTED BELOW – ask for extension 2575 or 2585).
