Access to the proposed facility is proposed to be through an existing <br />driveway onto New Hope Church Road. <br />Mr. Lonsway is proposing to reside within an existing single-family <br />residence already located on the property to provide twenty-four <br />hour care for the animals boarded at the facility. <br />(This item has been pulled from the agenda at the request <br />of the applicant. The request was made to allow an <br />adjacent property owner, who is opposing the permit <br />application, additional time to prepare for the meeting. This <br />item will be heard at the Board’s February 8, 2010 regular <br />meeting.) <br /> <br />6.
