Rosemary will get Smart Start Partnership policy and use it as a template. <br /> <br />VI. BOARD OF HEALTH CLOSED SESSION: Personnel Matter (Authority G.S. Section 143-318.11 <br />(a) (6)) <br /> <br />A motion was made by Brenda Crowder-Gaines and seconded by Janet Southerland to adjourn <br />to a closed session. <br /> <br />VII.
