Welcome and Introductions <br /> <br />Jonathan Klein called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Barry Jacobs presented a brief explanation to the Board of Health of the Bonds that will be <br />voted on November 6, 2001. <br /> <br />II. Approval of October 25, 2001 Agenda <br /> <br />Martha Stucker requested an addition to the Agenda under item VII: Volunteers. <br /> <br />The motion to approve the Agenda of October 25, 2001 as amended, was made by <br />Martha Stucker, seconded by Janet Southerland, and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />III. Public Comment for Items NOT on Printed Agenda <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />IV. Action Items on CONSENT Agenda <br /> <br />A. Minutes approval of September 27, 2001 meeting. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the minutes of September 27, 2001 was made by Janet Southerland, <br />seconded by Kate Wilder, and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />V.
