Approval of August 23, 2001 Agenda <br /> <br />Motion to approve the agenda was made by Martha Stucker, seconded by Kate Wilder, <br />and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />B. Minutes Approval of June 28, 2001 Meeting <br /> <br />Motion to accept the minutes as written was made by Martha Stucker, seconded by Alan <br />Rimer, and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />III. Dangerous Dog Process <br /> <br />NCGS 67-4.1 contains specific provisions and procedures for the appeal of <br />dangerous dog and potentially dangerous dog designations. John Sauls outlined <br />the manner in which the Health Department has developed these procedures to <br />meet the provisions of the law. This procedures document has been reviewed <br />and approved by the county attorney. The attorney recommended that the
