Welcome and Introductions <br /> <br />Jonathan Klein called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. <br /> <br />II. Approval of March 21, 2002 Agenda <br /> <br />The motion to approve the Agenda of March 21, 2002 was made by Lee Werley, <br />seconded by Alan Rimer, and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />III. Public Comment for Items NOT on Printed Agenda <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />IV. Action Items on CONSENT Agenda <br /> <br />A. Minutes approval of February 21, 2002 meeting. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the minutes of February 21, 2002 was made by Alan Rimer, <br />seconded by Martha Stucker, and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />B. FY2002-2003 Consolidated Agreement with DHHS <br /> <br />The state anticipates level funding for the next fiscal year. The Health <br />Department will no longer be providing the Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening <br />Program funded by the CDC for women who do not have Medicare and are over <br />50. Despite our best efforts at outreach, the department cannot identify a <br />sufficient number of women to meet program requirements. Efforts have been <br />made to encourage another provider in the county to take on this program. <br /> <br />The state consolidated agreement is anticipated to provide $466,848 federal <br />and state dollars to the county to provide specific services for fiscal year 2002-
