MINUTES <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH <br />February 21, 2002 <br />Board of Health Minutes Transcription completed by V. Board Comments/Announcements <br /> <br />Barry Adler questioned the status of the Board of Health training requirements <br />posed by the NCALBOH. Dr. Summers reported that the state agreement <br />addenda requirement was changed no longer requiring training of board <br />members solely by NCALBOH. The training that has been provided by the <br />department to board members must be documented. The training sessions <br />given at the beginning of board meetings will be documented, along with <br />attendance records, and be provided to the state as evidence of training. <br /> <br />Jonathan Klein requested an update on the L & W Mobile Home Park. Ron <br />Holdway reported that Mr. Paschall, owner of L & W Mobile Home Park, was <br />scheduled to go before a Durham board for approval of his private wastewater <br />treatment station. A letter was sent to Mr. Paschall after the January Board of <br />Health meeting reiterating the conditions and time limits for compliance. <br /> <br />VII. Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Alan Rimer, seconded by Mel <br />Hurston, and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />The next Board of Health meeting will be held on March 21, 2002 at the OWASA <br />public meeting room in Carrboro, North Carolina at 7:00 PM. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Rosemary L.
