Welcome and Introductions <br /> <br />Jonathan Klein called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. <br /> <br />II. Approval of February 21, 2002 Agenda <br /> <br />Due to lack of a quorum at the beginning of the meeting agenda items requiring <br />action by the Board were moved to a later time in the meeting. <br /> <br />III. Public Comment for Items NOT on Printed Agenda <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />IV. Action Items on CONSENT Agenda <br /> <br />A. Minutes approval of January 17, 2002 meeting. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the minutes of January 17, 2002 and the agenda of <br />February 21, 2002 was made by Mel Hurston, seconded by Lee Werley, and <br />carried without dissent. <br /> <br />B. Medicaid Fee Adjustments <br /> <br />The state Medicaid office reviews fees that are eligible for reimbursement <br />by Medicaid twice a year. The department received notice that fees were <br />changed as of February 1, 2002. There were five fees affected by these <br />rate changes. Increases are based on the new Medicaid fees and are
