Two other clarifying revisions (Article 1, Section 3, definition (7) and Article 1, Section 3, <br />definition (24)) to the Policy have been made by the County Attorney. They are also redlined <br />into the attached draft of the Policy. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with consideration and adoption <br />of the policy: It is not possible to determine the cost to the County, in time or materials, for <br />implementation of the policy. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The County Attorney recommends that the Board adopt the Policy <br />as revised. <br />
