18 <br />(d) The failure of a member of the County Board of Commissioners to comply <br />with the disclosure requirements of Title VII, Chapter 460 of the 1987 Session Laws, <br />subjects the failing Board member to the penalties prescribed in Title VII, including <br />forfeiture of the office of County Commissioner as prescribed in Title VII. <br />Article 5. <br />Miscellaneous <br />Section 1. Severability. <br />If any Section or provision of this Policy is declared unlawful or invalid by the <br />courts, that declaration does not affect the validity of this Policy as a whole or any part <br />other than the part so declared unlawful or invalid. <br />Secti®n B.
