MINUTES <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH <br />April 22, 2004 <br />Board of Health Minutes Transcription completed by Anne Miles Cassell 5 April 22, 2004 <br />Rosemary Summers advised the Board of the recent death of Nick Waters, Director of <br />Emergency Management. Nick was a firm believer in outreach and his department worked <br />closely with the Health Department on many issues. He will be greatly missed. <br /> <br />D. Open House <br /> <br />Rosemary Summers advised the Board of the Open House plans for the Health Department <br />located at the Whitted Building and invited all to attend. Open House will be held May 5, <br />2004 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. to celebrate the completion of the renovation project. <br /> <br />VII. Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Lee Werley, seconded by Kate Wilder, and carried <br />without dissent. <br /> <br />The next Board of Health meeting will be held on May 27, 2004 at the Government Services Center in <br />Hillsborough, North Carolina at 7:00 PM. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Rosemary L.
