A site <br />manager is located at each site and is <br />responsible for the daily operation of <br />nutrition programs and meals. There are <br />also three coordinators of services <br />responsible for the coordination, <br />outreach, referral .and provision of <br />services to low-income families and <br />individuals. These services include, but <br />are not limited to weatherization, housing <br />rehabilitation assistance, .financial <br />emergency assistance, Older Workers <br />Pro ram, and information and referral. <br />DSS <br />In-Home Aid Services $32,869 $32,869 $48,841 <br />Home and Community Block Grant <br />enables low-income, minority individuals <br />to defer or prevent institutionalization by <br />providing quality services to meet basic <br />needs.
