Fee and Eligibility Policy - Christy Bradsher <br /> Concerns were raised regarding this action being a barrier to women’s health <br />services; the homeless population; migrant workers; and other persons who <br />can’t verify a permanent residence and/or income. Christy Bradsher stated no <br />one would be denied any medical services. Corey Davis asked that Dr. Bridger <br />issue an internal Health Department policy regarding the administration of this <br />Fee Policy change that would ensure that Orange County citizens will not be <br />refused medical services. Motion was seconded and carried without dissent. <br /> <br />B. Adoption of Revisions to Orange County Wastewater System Rules and <br />Resolution for Adoption – Tom Konsler <br /> <br />
