<br />d. Budget amendment #7 <br />The Board will consider approving budget ordinance amendments and capital project ordinances for fiscal <br />year 2006-07. <br />e. Resolution authorizvig Installment. Financing Contract for Equipment. Purchases <br />f. Primary Care Funds acceptance <br />The Board will consider accepting start-up funding to provide primary care services to traditional Health <br />Department clients at Southern Human Services Center (SHSC). <br />g. A6reement with UNC School of Public Health for Biosolids Application Study <br />The Board will consider approving an agreement with the UNC School of Public Health for a pilot study of a <br />biosolids application site in Orange County subject to final approval by UNC and County Attorney review, <br />and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />h. approval of Contract to Purchase Real Property - Paydarfar Tract <br />The Board will consider approving a contract to purchase a 10-acre tract of land from David Paydarfar for an <br />addition to the future Nlillhouse Road park property and authorize the Chair to sign, subject to final review <br />by staff and County Attorney, with closing expected to occur on or before February 28, 2007. <br />The Board will consider authorizing the acceptance of two purchase contract assignments from the Triangle <br />Land Conservancy for the County's acquisition of approximately 25 acres of land along New Hope Creek <br />from the Trinity School, and the granting of a conservation easement for the same land to the State of North <br />Carolina and authorize the Chair and Clerk to sign subject to final review by stag' and County Attorney. <br />j. Ethics and Conduct for County Public Servant Policy <br />The Board will consider an Orange County policy establishing ethics and conduct for County public <br />servants. <br />k. Schools_adeguate Public Facilities Ordinance (Schools aPFO) -Approval of Membership and <br />Capacity Numbers <br />The Board will consider approval of November 15, 2006 membership and capacity numbers for both school <br />districts (Orange County and Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools) which will be used in developing 10-year <br />student membership projections and the 2007 SAPFO Technical Advisory Committee Report and authorize <br />the Chair to sign. <br />1. Gilmour Zo~wig atlas amendment (Rezo~un6) <br />The Board will consider approval of a petition by Brian and Lydia Gilmour to rezone a portion of their <br />property from Existing Commercial-V (EC-5) to Agricultural Residential (AR). <br />6. Resolutions or Proclamations <br />a. Resolution Honoring Carolina Breivery <br />The Board will consider recognizing Carolina Brewery, whose Flagship IPA was awarded a Gold Medal in <br />the English Style India Pale Ale category at the Great American Beer Festival (The Festival is the largest <br />national Competition that recognizes outstanding beers produced in the United States) and cornrnend Mr. <br />Poitras for his exemplary corporate citizenship. <br />b. Resolution Honoring Lantern Restaurant <br />The Board will consider recogni8zing Lantern Restaurant, one of only three restaurants in the southeast <br />named as America's Top 50 Restaurants by Gourmet Ma ag zine, and commend its chefs for being strong <br />supporters of local fanners and their products. <br />c. Proclamation for Bill of Rights Da_y in Orange County <br />The Board «Till consider a proclamation to recognize December 15, 2006 as Bill of Rights Day in Orange <br />County. <br />
