A -8 -09 — Canine College — Class II Kennel at 719 New <br />Hope Church Road <br />Mr. Gene Lonsway, owner /operator of Canine College, is requesting <br />the issuance of a Class B Special Use Permit to allow for the <br />development and operation of a Class II Kennel at 719 New Hope <br />Church Road. <br />As detailed within the application, Mr. Lonsway is seeking to <br />construct a 3,200 square foot boarding /training building to house up <br />to twenty (20) dogs as well as a 1,600 square foot storage building. <br />The project also involves the fencing in of a 1,800 square foot area <br />of the property to serve as an exercise area for the animals. <br />
