A -7 -09 — APPEAL of a decision of the Zoning Officer to allow for <br />the use of outdoor sports field lights. <br />In accordance with the provisions of the Orange County Zoning <br />Ordinance, Ms. Sara Shields has appealed the decision of the Zoning <br />Officer allowing for the development and use of outdoor sports field <br />lights to illuminate the playing area of the athletic field by the <br />Lattisville Grove Missionary Baptist Church. <br />i„ This f° Li i ss contintretf 11him f. e (kfo e .gi , Bkwird <br />S. A -8 -09 — Canine College — Class II Kennel at 719 New <br />Hope Church Road <br />Mr. Gene Lonsway, owner /operator of Canine College, is requesting <br />the issuance of a Class B Special Use Permit to allow for the <br />development and operation of a Class II Kennel at 719 New Hope <br />Church Road. <br />As detailed within the application, Mr. Lonsway is seeking to <br />construct a 3,200 square foot boarding /training building to house up <br />to twenty (20) dogs as well as a 1,600 square foot storage building. <br />The project also involves the fencing in of a 1,800 square foot area <br />of the property to serve as an exercise area for the animals. <br />
