Theo Letman, Transit Director <br />Attachment 2 <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />PO Box 8181, 600 HWY 86N <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />(Phone): 919.245.2007 <br />I am pleased to announce the position Transit Operations Supervisor has been <br />filled by Ms. Katrina Wall. <br />Her role will be to supervise all transit bus operations, transit dispatching and all <br />transit bus drivers. This is an important direct supervisory staff position within our <br />department, providing much needed oversight, and meeting compliance, <br />reporting and billing requirements. <br />Katrina began with OCPT in June 2010, as a part time temporary bus operator. In <br />2013, she became a full -time permanent bus operator. She assisted office staff <br />with dispatching, scheduling and billing. Katrina later became interim <br />dispatch /scheduler until 2016. She brings a strong background in route planning, <br />transportation logistics, safety, and customer service. <br />Katrina Wall is a native of Anson County, currently residing in Burlington NC. She <br />has been in transportation for 12 years: 4 years with Alamance County School <br />System and 8 years in public transit (1 year — Triangle Transit, 7 years - Orange <br />County Public Transportation). <br />Posted: 12 December 2017 <br />13 <br />
