This is <br />not the norm for university facilities. Joint use of practice /training facilities. <br />5. Housekeeping Issues <br />a. Possibly adding a "Senior" category to the membership / IPWG found the recommendation acceptable - <br />Marabeth to follow up with adding a staff from DOA and one board member from their board <br />b. Review the membership roster for terms due to expire - Marabeth will contact all members in Jan each <br />year to verify if they will be serving on the board that year. <br />c. Switching from a 3 meeting a year to 2 meetings a year format / IPWG agreed to move to meeting two <br />times per year — April and October <br />6. Adjournment 7:OOpm. <br />
