The Bill calls for the President to complete this strategy <br />through the Climate Change Adaptation Panel, also called for in the bill. The Adaptation Panel will be <br />made up of representatives from the Department of Interior land management agencies, the United States <br />Geological Survey, the Bureau of Reclamation, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Environmental Protection <br />agency, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Chair <br />of the Council on Environmental Quality as well as other federal agencies or departments with jurisdictions <br />over natural resources. The Bill requires that the panel develop the Strategy in coordination and consultation <br />with States and tribes, as well as other Federal agencies, local governments, conservation organizations, <br />scientists and other interested stakeholders. <br />Appendix E 205 <br />
