I have also worked on projects in downtown Durham that have required <br />approval through the Historic Preservation Commission. I have worked through the detailed <br />requirements by the commission for building approval, site plan approval, and signage. I also <br />have experience with various Unified Development Ordinances throughout NC. <br />Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br />Being a resident of Hillsborough, I appreciate the history and culture of the area.
