RATIONALE <br />1. Purpose/Mission <br />In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8 Zoning Atlas and Unified <br />Development Ordinance Amendments of the UDO, the Planning Director has <br />initiated text amendments to the UDO to include additional permitted land uses within <br />the Home Park Conditional Zoning District (HP-CZD), specifically government <br />office(s) and parks. <br />The purpose of the amendment is to add these land uses and allow for their <br />12
