So far 24 DBE firms have participated. <br />Fundinq and Contingency <br />• The project remains eligible for roughly $1.238 billion in federal grant funds. <br />• Durham County has committed $738.4 million or roughly 30% of the capital budget. <br />• Orange County has committed $149.5 million or roughly 6% of the capital budget. <br />• We are seeking $247 million from North Carolina and roughly $102.5 million from other <br />sources. <br />• At entry to Engineering, contingency was $531 million, which includes $168 million <br />unallocated. <br />• GoTriangle carefully manages financial risk through its FTA mandated Risk and <br />Contingency Management Plan. <br />Schedule and Design Progress <br />• Critical paths are advancing design and initiating certain right of way acquisition <br />activities (ROMF). <br />• ROMF acquisition, annexation, and rezoning <br />• 50% Design complete in March 2018. <br />• Current schedule goal is execution of FFGA in September 2019. <br />• GoTriangle is working with various stakeholder groups and local governments to receive <br />feedback on 50% design. <br />
