The Manager also recommends that the Board allow CASA to make future <br />transfers of any remaining units to Orange County local jurisdictions without subsequent Board <br />review and approval. Furthermore, the transfer of ownership must allow for continued affordable <br />housing use or meet another identified community need. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />b. Resolution Authorizing the Participation in the North Carolina Health Insurance <br />Pool (NCHIP) <br />The Board considered approving the Manager's recommendation to join the North <br />Carolina Health Insurance Pool (NCHIP) effective July 1, 2018.
