Add to Calendar Please consider our special invitation to attend this special <br />field trip to HCE Johnston I, LLC's solar farm in Johnston <br />County. The tour will be given by Edgar Agosto. <br />Where <br />This is an active photovoltaic system connected to Duke <br />HCE Johnston I, LLC Solar <br />Energy. It produces 2.6 MC DC. We will see the modules on <br />Farm <br />their racking, combiner boxes, inverters and transformer and <br />13923 NC Highway 50 N <br />interconnection to the utility company. The project was built <br />Willow Springs, NC 27592 <br />with a minimum impact to existing conditions. <br />Our tour will be given by Edgar Agosto, the designer of the <br />system. Mr. Agosto is a retired US Navy veteran, and civil <br />engineer. He graduated from Polytechnic University of Puerto <br />[n'fi b <br />Rico and continued graduate studies at University of Central <br />Florida with a Master in Sciences in Structural Engineering. He <br />Jmoved <br />to North Carolina to further enhance his education at <br />North Carolina State University. <br />While practicing engineering in the civilian life, Mr. Agosto has <br />� Or <br />included the "green" concept in traditional models. In a <br />20 ERE <br />widening project for Osceola Parkway in Central Florida, the <br />Driving Directions <br />main street to Walt Disney World, he designed all luminaries <br />using a photovoltaic system, reducing the charge on the utilities <br />2015 Corporate Golf <br />and saving taxpayers dollars. For the new expansion at the <br />Tournament Sponsors <br />Magic Kingdom at Disney World, he added an off -grid <br />photovoltaic system to alleviate the expenses for the <br />corporation.
