Staff selected 50 feet as it is <br />more consistent with existing height limits in other general use zoning districts. <br />16 In recommending this standard staff understands there will be concerns over potential conflicts created with the <br />preservation /planting of vegetation and aircraft safety (i.e. approach and take off patterns).
