Adjournment <br />Nextmeeting; December 14 (Hillsborough) <br />Neal will present a draft resolution asking the BOCC to consider directing County staff to <br />develop green building incentives for commercial and large residential developments. <br />(Attachment 2) <br />8:00 V. <br />Falls Lake Rules Update <br />Davis will report on the Upper Neuse River Basin Association's ongoing efforts to improve the <br />Falls Lake Nutrient Management Strategy (Falls Lake Rules). (Attachment 3) <br />8:15 VI. <br />Annual Report and Work Plan (2015 -16) <br />Each year the BOCC asks its advisory boards to prepare a report of their activities, <br />accomplishments, new issues, and concerns for BOCC information. An initial draft report for <br />2015 -16 is attached for CFE consideration. The final report is due Dec 18. (Attachment 4) <br />8:30 VII. <br />Election of Officers <br />CFE members are scheduled to elect a new Chair and Vice -Chair for the upcoming year <br />in accordance with the CFE policies and procedures.
