We also reaffirmed our hope that as part of the Bond issue, <br />funds will be allocated to fund projects that would not only enhance educational <br />opportunities, but that would also benefit a wider segment of the population. As an example, <br />as we noted in that letter, if the County could provide $5 to $10 million for park <br />development, it would be possible to develop and open the Blackwood Farm Park as well as <br />additional recreational facilities in the northern part of the county, and by developing Twin <br />Creeks Park, the County would provide recreational opportunities for both school children <br />and adults. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Jan F.
