See attached roster (Attachment 2) <br />7:45 V. <br />Chapel Hill's Green Building Incentives <br />John Richardson (Planning Mgr. for Sustainability) and Jesse Freedman (Energy Management <br />Specialist) will provide an overview of Chapel Hill's pilot program of "green building" incentives <br />for new construction. (Attachments 3 -5) <br />8:10 VI. <br />Proposed Amendment to Impervious Surface Rules <br />Michael Harvey (Orange Co. Planning & Inspections) will present a draft amendment to the <br />County's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) that would provide additional opportunities for <br />residents to modify established impervious surface limits. (Attachments 6 -8) <br />8:30 VII. <br />Public Outreach <br />CFE members will review its plans to convey information from State of Environment report to <br />elected officials, schools, and the general public.
