The software replaces the previous software, EM2000, and is more <br />robust, flexible, and redundant than the legacy software. <br />DuringNorlnal Business Hours: <br />919-968-2050 WebEOC has offered Orange County a quote of $39,500 for the software <br />license, and an estimated additional $7,100 for training and installation <br />919-644-3030 expenses. The vendor, ESI, operates a secure, multiple redundancy facility in <br />C. Kent McKenzie, Major <br />kmclcenzie@co.orange.nc.us the Atlanta area which will provide 24/7 tech support and up time, as well <br />as offer. state of the art computer server hardware. We support contracting <br />DEPUTY DIRECTOR/FIRE MARSHAL out server support to ESI for this project. The information collected <br />and stored by WebEOC during disasters will allow us to more easily review <br />actions taken and improve our preparedness and response during future <br />incidents. <br />
