ii <br />I am requesting your assistance in handling this matter, and would like to see the NCACC <br />take the following actions: <br />1. Provide a letter responding to the issues outlined above including a detailed <br />explanation of the NCACC's decision to discontinue coordination of benefits for <br />pharmacy services. <br />2. Provide a report outlining known changes (including any improvements) between <br />Orange County's health and prescription coverage prior to, and following, the <br />transition to CIGNA and Caremark. <br />3. Provide a report detailing the status of efforts to enroll non-participating providers <br />forwarded by County employees. <br />4. Provide a letter to Orange County employees and retirees regarding the issues <br />outlined above, other known issues, and corrective actions taken by the NCACC, <br />Caremark, or CIGNA. <br />David, I am sure this. transition has been very challenging and I appreciate all the work you <br />have done on the behalf of Orange County employees.
