Introductions <br />Guests Tod Puckett, Robin Criffield, Andy Cagle and Ross Holloway introduced themselves to <br />the board. The member introduced themselves and welcomed each guest to the meeting. Each <br />guest is an applicant to the board. <br />III. Minutes Approval <br />The members reviewed the February, 2015 minutes. There being no quorum, the minutes were <br />not approved. The members did not propose changes to the minutes as drafted. <br />IV. County Updates <br />James Davis informed the attendees of the progress made in gathering information for the <br />County's Analysis of Impediments (AI) and Affordable Housing Consolidated Plan (Plan). <br />Dates of the scheduled public listening sessions were shared, and a survey was distributed to <br />each member and guest. <br />James provided an update of the BOCC's vote on legislative matters to be proposed. The issue <br />of adding LGBT as a protected class under the Civil Rights Ordinance was not selected for <br />legislative proposal. The members discussed this matter. James explained that while this issue <br />was on the list of about 23 possible legislative topics, the BOCC could only recommend a <br />handful of topics. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
