Introductions <br />New member Colin O'Banion was introduced to the members. <br />III. Minutes Approval <br />There was no quorum. Therefore the November Minutes were not approved. <br />IV. County Updates <br />James Davis provided an update on the status of the plaque to display all Pauli Murray Award <br />honorees. The Department of Asset Management has confirmed its intent to erect the plaque <br />prior to the upcoming Pauli Murray Award ceremony. <br />James informed the members that he will be conducting a fair housing presentation on Friday, <br />January 29th for the Dept. of Social Services' staff. <br />A report and update on the assessment of the County's buildings will be made to the BOCC on <br />Tuesday, December 15'. <br />The Analysis of Impediments report summary was shared with the members. The report will be <br />presented to the BOCC at the beginning of the calendar year. James provided a copy of the HRC <br />Annual Report /Action Plan which will be submitted to the BOCC on December 18th. James <br />requested all feedback and recommendations to be submitted to him by Noon on December 18th. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
