Everybody likes what <br />they're doing; otherwise, they wouldn't be doing it that way," he says, "And so <br />when we come together and we are put into a position where we're making <br />compromises and trying to develop a consensus and modifying what we've done <br />in the past, it's not terribly comfortable.
