The meeting was called to order at 6:04pm by Dr. Debby Stroman, Vice Chair. A quorum <br />was present. <br />B. Dr. Stroman reminded members to encourage people they know to apply for the open <br />seats on the Human Relations Commission (HRC). <br />IL Introductions <br />A. HRC members and staff introduced themselves and gave good news as an ice breaker. <br />III. Minutes Approval — November 13, 2017 <br />A. HRC members reviewed the minutes. <br />B.
