OCAC board members will think about this and let Martha Shannon or Devra Thomas know. <br /> OCAC board members' (Ian Bowater, Kate Dickson,Tim Hoke, Bronwyn Merritt, Kim Roberts)whose <br /> current terms expired on March 31, 2015 were all reappointed on April 7, 2015 by the BOCC for another <br /> term.The U.S. 41h Congressional District High School Art Competition District-Wide Reception will be April <br /> 20, 2015 from 6-8 pm at the City of Raleigh Museum (220 Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh). <br /> Geoffrey Hathaway will represent the OCAC at the District-Wide Judging on April 16, 2015 at United Arts <br /> in Raleigh.The Orange County Finance Department will wait until we have fundraising revenue before <br /> they establish a revenue line item for us.Thursday, September 3, 2015 is the date for the OCAC's 301h <br /> Anniversary Party in the Whitted facility(Room 230) in Hillsborough. Co-founder Amy Consiglio will <br /> facilitate an EverWondr"refresher"training at our May 151h Artists' Salon. OCAC alternates with the <br /> Durham Arts Council in presenting EverWondr"refresher"training for artists/arts organizations in Orange <br /> and Durham counties. Americans for the Arts (AFTA) next arts economic impact study(Arts and Economic <br /> Prosperity V) is coming up shortly. Our first payment— 1/3 of the total payment—is due Fall 2015; second <br /> and third payments are due Spring 2016 and Fall 2016 respectively.Total fee is$8,500 (minus AFTA <br /> membership discount and possible NC Arts Council discount). Data will be collected January 1—December <br /> 31, 2016. OCAC staff(Martha Shannon)will be on vacation May 4-8, 2015 and will attend the AFTA <br /> national conference in Chicago June 12-14, 2015. Calls for the Emergency Operations Center and our 301h <br /> Anniversary Poster Design are due April 17, 2015. Interested OCAC board members will meet on Tuesday, <br /> April 21, 2015 at 5 pm at the Orange County West Campus Building in Hillsborough to make selections. <br /> The OCAC's Spring 2015 Grants Information Meeting is set for 6:30-8 pm on Wednesday,April 15, 2015 in <br /> Meeting Room D at the Chapel Hill Public Library. <br /> Action Item: None <br />
