Meg McGurk (Chapel <br /> Hill Downtown Partnership)wants to partner again on another"Artist&Venue Matchmaking"Artists' <br /> Salon on February 19, 2016. An alternate light source was found by Asset Management for the Whitted <br /> Building art exhibit space. 12-18 lights are needed with and installation price of approximately$10,000 for <br /> this project.Triangle Visual Artists are still interested and mid-late January will be the tentative date for <br /> their art exhibit in this space. OCAC's website was hacked, but the malicious code has been removed and <br /> increased security has been put into place by our website designer on his server. OCAC Chair Tim Hoke is <br /> available to attend the BOCC's February 9, 2016 Work Session on Annual Reports and Work Plans. Copies <br /> of the newest version (amended 3/3/15) of the Orange County Advisory Board Policies were distributed. <br /> An acknowledgement listing of Orange County's participating nonprofit arts and culture organizations <br /> from the previous AFTA arts economic survey was distributed. It is included in the pdf of the final report <br /> for Arts& Economic Prosperity IV on the OCAC's website under the "Arts Economic Impact" dropdown. <br /> Action Item: The third draft of the 2015 OCAC Annual Report and Work Plan for the BOCC was approved. <br /> Topic C <br /> Discussion Point: CHOCVB Liaison,Ad Hoc Committee Updates <br /> Decision/Vote(s): Debb Hepp gave the Marketing Committee Report.The Visitors Bureau's meeting was <br /> held at FRANK Gallery. FRANK Gallery is working to match a challenge gift of$50,000.The Siena and the <br /> Residence Inn are committed to showing local art; some art presence at RDU. Debb Hepp has compiled a <br /> draft list of stakeholders that could be interviewed for the Sheer Associates survey.Joy Salyers suggested <br /> the list be expanded to more than just stakeholders—maybe look outside the system. Debb will share <br /> concerns with Sheer and Associates. Kim Roberts will submit her final review of OCAC social media <br />
