Orange County <br />Affordable Housing Advisory Board <br />Minutes of Tuesday, March 10, 2015 <br />Members Present: Diane Beecham; Tammy Jacobs; Noah Oswald; Traci Wooten; Patsy <br />Barbie, Chair and Nannie Richmond <br />Excused Absence: Arthur Sprinczeles, Vice - Chair; JonZella Bailey- Pridham; Sully Jaffer; <br />and Andrew Shannon <br />Members Absent: <br />Staff Present: James Davis and Crystal Coble <br />Welcome /Introduction <br />The new members Noah Oswald and Traci Wooten introduced themselves. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Pasty Barbie made a motion to approve the minutes for November 2014. Nannie Richmond <br />seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. Diane Beecham made a motion to <br />approve the minutes for December 2014. There was no second. The motion was approved <br />unanimously. Nannie Richmond made a motion to approve the minutes for January 2015. <br />Tammy Jacobs seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. Noah Oswald <br />made a motion to approve the minutes for February 2015. Diane Beecham seconded the motion. <br />The motion was approved unanimously. <br />Department Report /County Report <br />There was visitors' information/self- introduction by Walt Haglund and Johnathon Russell of <br />Urban Design Ventures. Then there was an open forum discussion of the Five Year <br />Consolidated and Annual Action Plans that will be developed by Urban Design Ventures in <br />consultation with the community and the Department of Housing, Human Rights and <br />Community Development. <br />Outside A2ency Applications <br />Outside Agency Applications for Orange County funding were assigned as follows: <br />Tammy: Community Empowerment Fund, Empowerment <br />
