Site Visit Reports: <br />The last report for Carol Woods was in error for the question concerning locked med carts. It <br />was a typographic error and was corrected. A motion was made and accepted to accept the <br />last meeting's report. <br />Signature: The report was favorable including staff huddles, chaplaincy and work on the Eden <br />plan that will be implemented there as well as their remodeling project. The site visit was <br />approved except for the work changing from huddle to staff huddle. <br />New Business: <br />Martha Bell and Glenda Floyd have agreed to be reappointed for another term and will be <br />approved on Nov. 15 by the County Commissioners. <br />Activity Reports will be due to Autumn in early Jan. She will send out an e-mail. <br />The next training for new members at Triangle J will be held on December 14. Anyone from the <br />committee is invited to attend. Just please let Autumn know ahead of time that you would like <br />to attend. <br />Site visits are due to be completed by December 31, 2016. <br />Our next meeting will be held on January 3, 2017 at 5:30 pm at the Seymour Center. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Sandy Nash, Secretary <br />
