Call to Order. Everyone in the group introduced themselves. <br /> <br /> <br />II. Additions or Changes to Agenda, Meeting Summary: approved <br /> <br />III. Report of the Chair: <br />a. Membership Recommendations (Eno Township; Chapel Hill Town Limits; Chapel Hill <br />Township and Bingham Township.) No recommendation for Chapel Hill Town Limits <br />and Chapel Hill Township seats as of yet. These areas will be deferred until the next <br />meeting. Frank Reynolds was recommended for Eno Township and Jennifer Moore <br />was recommended for Bingham Township. <br /> <br />IV. New Business <br />a. Recognition of members going off the board; Neal Bench; Allan Green and Joel <br />Bulkley. Certificates of appreciation were given to each from the staff. <br />b. Outside Agency Grant Evaluations (7 agencies) <br />Each of the board members was given two of the agencies in advance to evaluate. <br />Those members shared their review with the full Council as each of the grants was <br />discussed. All scores were reviewed, and decided upon as a group, with the group <br />score noted on the scoring worksheet to be sent to the County Manager’s office. <br />The PRC group scores were as follows: Bridge II Sports: 71; Big Brothers and <br />Sisters: 84; Boys and Girls Club: 85; Triangle Bike Works: 84; Rogers Eubanks <br />Neighborhood Association: 96; Cedar Grove Neighborhood Association: 100; United <br />Voices of Efland Cheeks: 97. A copy of each scorecard will be attached for the <br />record. <br /> <br />V. Old Business <br />Due to the length of time needed for the agency evaluations, this was postponed until <br />the April meeting. <br /> <br />VI. Report of the Director <br />a.
