Alternate G -1: Aluminum Canopy. <br />1. Base Bid: The Base Bid construction includes one bay of aluminum canopy located at <br />the automatic sliding glass door main entrance. <br />2. Alternate: The construction of Alternate G -1 includes all aluminum canopy shown on the <br />architectural drawings. <br />B. Alternate G -2: Membrane Roofing. <br />1. Base Bid: The Base Bid construction includes a ballasted EPDM roof membrane per <br />Specification Section 075310 — Ballasted EPDM Membrane Roof. <br />2. Alternate: The construction of Alternate G -2 includes a thermoplastic polyolefin roof <br />membrane per Specification Section 075423 - Thermoplastic Polyolefn (TPO) Roofing <br />(Alternate G -2) (Addendum #1). <br />C. Alternate G -3: Compressed Construction Schedule. <br />1. Base Bid: Under the Base Bid, the construction shall be completed in 183 days per the <br />Supplemental General Conditions. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed per the <br />Supplemental General Conditions (Addendum #1). <br />2. Alternate: Under Alternate G -3, the construction shall be completed in 94 days per the <br />Supplemental General Conditions (Addendum #1).
