Wilson Construction Co. <br />Resolute Building Co. <br />Focus Design Builders <br />Page 1 <br />Ms. Barnes began the meeting by thanking everyone for their attendance and their interest in the project. <br />Following is a summary of items that were discussed: <br />1. Mr. Taylor reviewed the project documents including minority participation forms, bonding and the <br />scope of the work. <br />2. Coordination of the work will be the biggest complexity of the project. The existing senior center will <br />take measures to insure that the main entrance will be diverted to the secondary entrance near the <br />ballroom. The project is also located near the main entrance to the existing Sportsplex. Both operations <br />will continue to be in service during the construction phase. <br />3. There is a second construction ongoing at the northeast corner of the Sportsplex property, which entails <br />the construction of a 20,OOOsf field house. These two construction projects will overlap in duration. <br />4. The construction duration is as specified in the project manual. <br />5. The last day for questions before bidding is Thursday, November 30' at noon. <br />6. The General Contractors should contact Angel Barnes with Orange County to arrange for visits to the <br />site. <br />The above information is a summarization of the items discussed during the conference. These minutes shall <br />be included as a part of the construction documents.
