PRE -BID CONFERENCE <br />The Pre -Bid Conference was held at 3:00pm, Friday, November 17, 2017 in <br />Room 004 of the Orange County West Campus Office Building, Hillsborough, <br />North Carolina. See the attached conference minutes and the attached sign -in <br />sheet for a summary of those items covered. These minutes shall be included in <br />the contract documents. <br />B. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />1. Supplementary General Conditions: replace the Supplementary General <br />Conditions with the attached Supplementary General Conditions (Addendum #1). <br />The revised section adds information regarding the construction schedule and the <br />associated liquidated damages. <br />2. Form of Proposal: replace the Form of Proposal with the attached Form of <br />Proposal (Addendum #1). The revised form of proposal adds Alternates G -2 and <br />G -3 to the form of proposal. <br />3. Specification Section 012300 — Alternates replace Specification Section 012300 <br />— Alternates with the attached Specification Section 012300 — Alternates <br />(Addendum #1). The revised section adds Alternates G -2 and G -3 to the project. <br />4. Specification Section 064021 — Interior Architectural Woodwork: on page <br />064021 -2, delete Section 1.5D Quality Standard. Delete AWI Quality Certification <br />Program requirements. <br />5. Specification Section 075423 — Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing <br />(Alternate G -2) (Addendum #1): add Specification Section 075423 — <br />Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing (Alternate G -2) (Addendum #1) to the <br />project manual. This section shall be used for Alternate G -2 only. <br />6.
