Maximum Moisture Content of Substrates: When measured with an electronic moisture meter <br />as follows: <br />1. Gypsum Board: 12 percent. <br />C. Gypsum Board Substrates: Verify that finishing compound is sanded smooth. <br />D. Verify suitability of substrates, including surface conditions and compatibility with existing <br />finishes and primers. <br />E. Proceed with coating application only after unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected. <br />1.
