Product Data: Include construction details, material descriptions, dimensions of individual <br />components and profiles, and finishes for each type of product indicated. <br />B. Shop Drawings: For aluminum -framed systems. Include plans, elevations, sections, details, <br />and attachments to other work. <br />1. Include structural analysis data signed and sealed by the qualified professional engineer <br />responsible for their preparation. <br />2. Include details of provisions for system expansion and contraction and for draining <br />moisture occurring within the system to the exterior. <br />3. For entrances, include hardware schedule and indicate operating hardware types, <br />functions, quantities, and locations. <br />C. Samples for Initial Selection: For units with factory- applied color finishes. <br />D. Samples for Verification: For each type of exposed finish required, in manufacturer's standard <br />sizes. <br />E. Fabrication Sample: Of each vertical -to- horizontal intersection of systems, made from 12 -inch <br />(300 -mm) lengths of full -size components and showing details of the following: <br />1. Joinery. <br />2. Anchorage. <br />3. Expansion provisions. <br />4. Glazing. <br />5. Flashing and drainage. <br />F. Welding certificates. <br />G. Qualification Data: For Installer. <br />H. Product Test Reports: Based on evaluation of comprehensive tests performed by a qualified <br />testing agency, for aluminum- framed systems. <br />I. Maintenance Data: For aluminum -framed systems to include in maintenance manuals. <br />J. Warranties: Special warranties specified in this Section. <br />1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A.
