Coordinate materials and their installation for each allowance with related materials and <br />installations to ensure that each allowance item is completely integrated and interfaced with <br />related work. <br />3.3 SCHEDULE OF ALLOWANCES <br />A. Allowance No. 1— Door Hardware <br />$2,500 <br />The General Contractor shall provide a lump sum allowance of $2,500 (two thousand, five <br />hundred dollars) in their Base Bid toward the purchase and delivery of door hardware materials. <br />The General Contractor shall provide a separate cost for the installation of the door hardware sets <br />in their Base Bid that is not a part of this allowance. <br />B. Allowance No. 2 — Interior Signage $5,000 <br />The General Contractor shall provide a lump sum allowance of $500 (five hundred dollars) in <br />their Base Bid toward the purchase, delivery and installation of interior signage including room <br />signage, directional signage and any code- required signage. <br />C. Allowance No. 3 — Landscaping <br />The General Contractor shall provide a lump sum allowance of $5,000 (five thousand dollars) in <br />their Base Bid toward the purchase and installation of plantings.
