PASSMORE CENTER ADDITION AND RENOVATION <br />HILLSBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA <br />Article 13 - CONTRACT TIME: <br />Add Item 13.19 to read as follows: "Time of Completion: The Contractor shall commence work to <br />be performed under this agreement on a date to be specified in a written Notice -to- Proceed from the <br />Architect. It is anticipated the Notice -to- Proceed will be issued no later than September 18, 2017. <br />All work shall be completed within 183 calendar days of said Notice -to- Proceed. <br />Article 23 — ASSIGNMENTS AND SUBCONTRACTS: <br />Add Item 23.2 to read as follows: "The General Contractor shall provide a Project <br />Knowledge Sign -in Sheet for all subcontractors who work on the project. The Sign -in Sheet <br />shall include the Subcontractor Company Name, the type of work to be performed and the <br />name of the Subcontractor's Superintendent. By signing the Sign -in Sheet, the <br />Subcontractor's Superintendent states that he /she has read all specifications and addenda and <br />has studied all the drawings relative to the work he /she is about to install or furnish, and that <br />he /she shall abide by these plans and specifications. By signing the Sign -in Sheet, the <br />General Contractor's Superintendent indicates that he /she has reviewed the location where <br />the Subcontractor is to work and has agreed that the existing work in place is ready to accept <br />the new work or installation by the Subcontractor."
