C. <br />Site Reconnaissance - GeoLogix will conduct a site reconnaissance of readily - accessible areas of the subject <br />property to view current site conditions and evaluate potential sources of environmental contamination. <br />Observations will be made of adjacent properties during the site reconnaissance and the vehicle <br />reconnaissance. The scope of the Phase I assessment does not include a detailed groundwater review, asbestos <br />testing, sampling for lead -based paint, mold/mildew assessment, wetlands study, or sampling of air, soil, <br />surface water or groundwater for environmental contaminants. <br />Phase I Report Preparation - Information collected in the four tasks above will be evaluated and summarized <br />in a Phase I report prepared to meet the general requirements of ASTM E1527 -13. All available information <br />will be interpreted and documentation reviewed. The report will be based on information from the field <br />reconnaissance and visual observations made on the site, on adjacent properties, and the other information as <br />discussed above. <br />COST PROPOSAL for PHASE I ESA <br />The Phase I ESA will be conducted to the most recent ASTM Standards related to liability protection under <br />SEMS (Superfund). GeoLogix' quote to complete the scope of work described above for this Phase I will not <br />exceed $1,675.00. Work on the Phase I can begin within a week of being given permission to proceed. <br />Hard copies (number to be specified) and an electronic copy of the Phase I report will be completed by the <br />client's requested date. <br />This proposal assumes no special requirements or conditions relative to preparation of the Phase I report. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal.
