If the County agrees to enroll its 60 acres in the Lands Legacy Program <br />(to be formalized by a mechanism to be discussed at a future work session), there would be no <br />stewardship endowment and the costs of monitoring would be addressed by Lands Legacy. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive this report as <br />information and provide direction to staff on: <br />a) the future use of the 60 acres, <br />b) how to proceed with official designation of the 60 acres. <br />
